Earlier this spring Beatrice D’Aft also stepped down, as one of our valued Vice-Patrons. Bea has been a great supporter of Devon Opera for many years and her warmth, generosity and interest in our work will be greatly missed. Her fellow Vice-Patron and Vice-Chair of Trustees, Fiona Walters, wrote a formal letter of thanks to Bea on behalf of Devon Opera, and sent a bouquet. “Thank you, Bea, for all your support over the years.”
NEWS FROM THE CHAIR
Anne Foreman (Chair of Trustees) regrets to announce that Alison Kettlewell has resigned as a Trustee of Devon Opera due to her increased number of professional commitments, but is delighted to say that Alison has kindly agreed to continue to support Devon Opera’s work by acting as an Artistic Adviser. This is good news and we are grateful that we shall continue to benefit from Alison’s expertise.
