If you are prevented from attending a Devon Opera event for which you have already bought tickets we cannot normally exchange your tickets for another Devon Opera production or give any refunds.

If you have bought tickets for a future Devon Opera event, but the event is cancelled in advance by Devon Opera, there are three flexible options available to you (1) you may receive a full refund; (2) you may transfer the full ticket price into a credit towards the next Devon Opera event; (3) you may donate part or all of your ticket price to Devon Opera.

If you attend a Devon Opera event, but the event is cancelled due to force majeure before its half-way point, then the same three options as shown above will be offered to you. If the event is cancelled beyond its half-way point then no refunds or credits will be offered.
